Requirements
- All applicants must complete a criminal background check
- We require birth certificates, social security cards for every household member and picture ID for every member 18 years and older
- Previous living history for 10 years
- Proof on all income including 6 paystubs
- Bank statements for past 6 months
- Once approved, on the waiting list and before actual move in all utilities must be in the head of household's name (water, electric, and gas)
